Working on the admin block of the development, we are to fire stop cable/main intake troughs/trenches and to form framework of metal angles and channels and mechanically fix these to the base and sides of the trench, using a non - bearing load technique.
All edges, joints and abutments to be “buttered up” and sealed with intumescent silicon sealant.
All cables are to be sealed with High Pressure Graphite Mastic, intumescent cable coating and intumescent coating applied to exposed frame work. A waterproof finish coating then applied to each new fire stop compartment wall.
Supply and installation of a 50m high, 2 hour rated white wall and associated Fire stopping - Apply 2 hour high build coating to structural steelwork, fire stopping to service penetrations, fire stopping to slab edge void to composite microrib cladding panel, structural fire protection/ intumescent spray applied coatings providing 2 hours fire compartmentation and a 2 hour fire master wall in Ultra White as per our clients request - All necessary channels, fixings cover flashing and trims, fire/air seal with intumescent mastic.
