Eastbourne Care Home

This new 70-bedroom care home project involved the supply and spray application of intumescent coatings to structural steelwork to achieve 60 minutes of fire resistance. In addition, comprehensive remedial fire stopping works were undertaken throughout the building to ensure full compliance with fire safety requirements.
