Description of Works

This project involved the application of intumescent coatings to structural steelwork to achieve a minimum of 60 minutes fire resistance. In addition, we undertook remedial passive fire stopping works throughout the hospital to ensure the integrity of fire-resisting compartments.

All works were successfully delivered within a fully operational hospital environment, with careful planning and strict adherence to approved risk assessments, method statements, and site-specific safety procedures to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors at all times.
