Redrow Homes' award winning multi-storey development.

This development will comprise of 223 new homes in Luton. It is our responsibility to fire stop hollow ends of PC floors within a lift shaft and to seal open voids within PC floor slabs - providing 60 minute fire compartmentation.

Provide fire stopping to service penetrations within apartments - SVP service penetrations, letter box openings above flat entrances, letter box openings above riser cupboards and communal doors, and mastic sealing around riser cupboard doors.
