Description of Works

A supported living scheme in Chatham which is to undergo a radical makeover. We have been asked to supply and install fire barrier systems - This includes to supply and install a double layer of fire barrier curtain, fitted from the base of the existing flat roofs to the underside of the pitch roofs.

To supply and install coated fire slabs around multiple services passing through existing flat roof, making sure all edges/abutments are sealed with intumescent mastic, then once cured to pour 100mm fire compound - Making sure that the UPVC services are intumescent wrapped achieving 60 minute fire compartmentation. Including provide boxing joist work where needed and to apply intumescent mastic to all cable penetrations above flat entrance doors.
