Fire Compartmentation Surveys

We carry out Type 4 invasive fire compartmentation surveys, a semi-intrusive survey that reviews the condition of buildings fire resisting construction, which includes walls, floors, roof voids and fire doors.

The reason for compartmentation in the building especially high-rise and commercial buildings is to contain a fire to a specific area to allow people time to escape.
